Feedforward is an embeddable customer-feedback platform. Teams drop a lightweight survey widget into any website or app, collect NPS, CSAT, and open-ended responses, and watch themes, sentiment, and summaries surface automatically in a live dashboard.
Our mission
Most feedback never makes it past a spreadsheet. We started Feedforward to close the loop between what customers say and what teams do next. By turning raw responses into clear, AI-assisted insight, we make it easy to spot what matters and respond before small frustrations become churn.
What we build
Two things, built to work together. A sub-30KB widget that loads inside a closed Shadow DOM, so it stays fast and fully isolated from the host site without leaking styles or state in either direction. And a dashboard that streams responses in real time over server-sent events, with AI extraction running in the background to tag themes, score sentiment, and summarize free text as it arrives.

Our principles
The values that shape every decision we make:
- Performance is a feature. If the widget slows a customer's site, it has failed. Every kilobyte is accounted for.
- Trust by default. We assume the host page is untrusted, isolate aggressively, and keep tenant data strictly separated.
- Insight over noise. AI should reduce the work of reading feedback, not add another inbox to manage.
- Respect for privacy. We collect what we need and nothing more, and we are transparent about how it is handled.
