Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Feedforward and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service per these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that creates legal or security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we will delete or return Customer Data in accordance with our retention practices and applicable law.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feedforward will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Feedforward is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
